Advanced Jelq Program
Before starting this next variation of the Jelq exercise, you must practice the Beginner Jelq program for at least 2 months. You will see that it will give you satisfaction, but it will also facilitate this next exercise, and the effects will undoubtedly be favorable and up to your expectations. The warm-up followed by the advanced Jelq technique

The ideal is to use a lubricant that does not require an application several times, because it could very quickly weary you.
